Lilly has developed a sweet little affection to her pink imitation crocks. She calls them her "Pinks". Any time we ask Lilly to go and get her shoes, she runs down the hallway to her bedroom and yells "Pinks", "my Pinks". As you can tell from the pictures we have worn them with and without socks depending on the temperature outside. I was a little concerned that we were going to have a hard time wearing other shoes, but this week we needed to buy a new pair of shoes since her little feet have been growing so much. She has asked to put her new shoes on several times and has done it herself too. But today she went back to the "Pinks".

Oh Lilly, you are a girl after your Auntie's heart! I L-O-V-E crocs!!! In fact, I'd prefer to wear the feather-light, foamy, good things all of the time. However, it's much easier to get away with crocs-all-the-time when you're 2 rather than 36; so keep wearing your crocs! Long live the croc!!!
