My Big Girl

Everyone has told me, and yet another person told me the other day as Lilly and I went for a walk, "it goes by fast." I always believed people, but when your right in the midst of disciplining and juggling life it doesn't always seem like it. Then something happens or a transition comes along to make you really think...

A couple of weeks ago we took my rocking chair out of Lilly's bedroom in order to make room for her Big Girl bed. Oh, that made me think of all the nights I spent nursing her or how many books we've read in that chair. There has definately been a lot of time spent and love shared in that chair and there will be so much more.
